Solutions Architect – Remote – Order & Information Systems Role: Solutions Architect Area of Expertise: Order & Information Systems Work Style: Remote Working Employment Type: Full-Time. Areti are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Information Systems and Order Architecture. We welcome candidates from a broad range of industries, including, Telecommunications, Financial Services & Banking, Healthcare & Insurance, Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas), SaaS & Cloud Services, E-Commerce & Retail, and Government & Public Sector. Particularly interested in Solution Architects with proven expertise in the following areas, as they align closely with the needs of this role. Managing network inventory, Service Provisioning, Fault management. Customer onboarding, Service Activation, Manage subscriptions Service requests, Meter provision, Outage management, Customer information systems. Handling customer orders, Inventory, Fulfilment. Trading platforms, Loan origination. Citizen Services, Permits. Core Competencies – Experience is integral to success in this role: Technical Documentation & Communication. Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), reports, and presentations. Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. End-to-end solution Architecture experience with information systems and order architecture. Relevant industry or commercial knowledge (with industry sectors mentioned above).
