TEMPLEGATE RECRUITMENT Financial Services Specialist Recruiters Job Title : Paraplanner Location :Summertown, Oxford (Office-based) Benefits : 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Additional holiday entitlement: 1 day for every full year of service (up to 30 days) Extra day off for your birthday (if it falls on a working day) Annual Mental Health Day 7% pension contribution Salary :£32,000 £40,000 per annum, depending on experience About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join a small, close-knit financial planning team in Summertown, Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a vital support role with potential for long-term growth into advising. Youll be working alongside advisers and administrators to deliver high-quality financial planning support. Your analytical skills and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring clients receive tailored, compliant financial advice. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and compiling suitability reports in line with current legislation and internal standards Conducting product and provider research, including investments, pensions, and protection Using platforms such as Salesforce, iBusiness, Voyant, Pensions Lab, and Monday.com Supporting advisers with financial strategies, cashflow modelling (where applicable), and recommendations Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining compliant client files Liaising with clients and providers as needed Requirements : Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards it) Minimum of 2 years experience in a paraplanning role High level of IT proficiency and attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills QBE (Qualified by Experience) candidates may be considered on merit.
