About Us Ochy is revolutionizing the way people assess and improve their running form. Our real-time biomechanics assessment tool, powered by proprietary AI algorithms, provides users with lab-quality analysis right from their smartphone. We are on a mission to make high-level biomechanical analysis accessible to everyone and are looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive our growth globally and lead our talented sales team. Position Overview As the Head of Business Development at Ochy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth while managing and inspiring our sales team. You will focus on building strategic partnerships, fostering key relationships, and aligning business development strategies with Ochy’s broader mission and goals. Key Responsibilities · Business Development Strategy: Full responsibility for our business development and sales processes across geographies. Cultivate relationships with clients, and partners to secure strategic partnerships. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that enhance Ochy’s visibility and impact. · Sales Enablement and Operations: Prepare RFPs, business presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and inform strategy. Oversee forecasting and planning to align with Ochy’s growth objectives. · Negotiation and Budget Management: Negotiate contracts with partners and clients to ensure favorable terms. Manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring ROI. Qualifications Experience: 5-10 years in business development or sales leadership, preferably within a startup or high-growth company. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is essential. Relationship Builder: Strong networking and communication skills to build trust and partnerships. Strategic Leader: Proven ability to align teams and strategies with broader business goals. Industry experience: Previously worked in the running or sports retail store industry is a plus.
