Job Responsibilities Build and manage city teams from the ground up in the Brazilian food delivery market, rapidly enhancing team capabilities to meet goals. Drive business development and operational results in each city by analyzing data, formulating strategies, and continuously improving onboarding and operations. Maintain an end-to-end perspective, identify core issues (BD, merchant, user pain points), communicate feedback to headquarters, and expand business efficiently with low costs. Manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establish scientific training mechanisms from BD to BDM, and cultivate international talents. Systematize work experiences, extract methodologies, create SOPs, and establish international business processes. Develop detailed execution plans and monitoring mechanisms, control operations, and adjust strategies based on data to ensure outcomes. 3. Job Requirements Over 2 years of sales team management experience, managing teams of more than 15 members. Experience in managing a food delivery business with industry insights. Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred; proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is an advantage. Strong collaboration skills, willingness to share experience, provide suggestions, and help the team grow. 4.
