Job Description
Job responsibilities: 1. Assist the Brazilian SMB customer sales team in achieving sales targets by providing sales support and operational support. 2. Assist the sales team with Brazilian market research and competitive analysis, support business data reporting, and provide insights to support sales strategies. 3. Participate in planning and executing business incentives/activities, asset management, expense tracking/reimbursement, procurement of office supplies, and other sales team support tasks; assist with material procurement and inventory management. 4. Foster a positive team atmosphere and conducive work environment; organize various internal team events. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. 1 years of experience in business support, operations management, or project management. 3. Strong communication skills and team spirit; ability to collaborate effectively with business teams. 4. Problem-solving abilities, strong execution skills with a results-driven approach, and a high sense of responsibility. 5. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese for workplace communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Job highlights: 1.
