A Snapshot of Your Day For our Stezzano (BG) office, we are looking for 2 Senior Project Managers (one for products and one for systems). You will be responsible for the proper management of Service related to HV systems to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and reliability, aligning with Siemens Energy's business strategy. You must ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver the desired results. The role reflects our values through daily activities, focusing on customer success, innovation, and fostering a positive team environment. How You’ll Make an Impact Main tasks common to both roles include: Handle tasks required to achieve project goals according to the agreed baseline. Define, lead, and coordinate the organization of team resources and external suppliers. Manage customer concerns appropriately to address critical issues. Interface with all business units involved in the project. Additional activities for the Project Manager for Products include: Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities related to spare parts management for sale, repairs, and construction site activities. Manage Non-Conformity of products in accordance with internal Quality standards. Support analysis of equipment failures. Activities for the Project Manager for Systems include: Handle the economic and financial aspects of the project with support from the finance team. Prepare and manage EHS aspects for construction site access. What You Bring 8-10 years of experience in a similar role or as a Project or Product Manager. Specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage systems, electrical substations, and products. An academic background in technical fields (degree or high school diploma preferred). Proficiency in project management tools. Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. Availability for national business trips (1-2 days per week). Ability to connect effectively with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers. Negotiation skills to reach agreements and resolve conflicts, ensuring project objectives align with customer expectations.
