Agricultural Machinery Technician / Foreman As an Agricultural Service Engineer / Foreman, your responsibilities will include: Assisting in organizing and managing a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery. Coordinating with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management. Managing call outs and ensuring first-class service delivery to all customers. Overseeing all aspects of the service team and workshop management. Developing and maintaining relationships with valued customers. Responsibilities include: Repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, for prestigious brands. Diagnosing and repairing machinery to ensure high operational standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety. The ideal candidate will be: Experienced as an agricultural engineer aiming to move into management. Possessing excellent knowledge of agricultural machinery and understanding seasonal pressures faced by farmers. A skilled communicator capable of liaising effectively with engineers and customers. Comfortable working under challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willing to undertake additional training as necessary.
