Job Description
Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. This is a great opportunity for somebody who has some experience in an IT Support role looking to take the next step in their career or someone with limited experience who has the ambition to grow and develop in IT. Job responsibilities Face-to-face IT support of users; Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation; Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.); System and application changes testing, scripts preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment; Small project management related to new hardware or software installation; Software, patches, and updates installation using MS SCCM; Job Requirements Ability to resolve Windows 10 and 11 Operating System Errors Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/365 Suite Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects experience Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software Previous experience working within a Ticket Management System (ServiceNow preferred) Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately Candidates with a driving license is essential The preceding job description was designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
