Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pool Attendant Location: Orlando, Florida / Lake Buena Vista Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation: Based on experience Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-service-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team in sunny Orlando, Florida. The Pool Attendant will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction at the pool area of our resort/community. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with guests in a hospitality-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are followed at all times Greet and assist guests courteously; provide information about pool rules and amenities Set up and maintain pool furniture, towels, umbrellas, and other supplies Ensure pool deck and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free Report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the appropriate departments Enforce pool policies and respond to guest inquiries or concerns professionally Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool area Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe behavior and ensure a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service is a plus CPR/First Aid certification preferred (may be required depending on employer) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in outdoor conditions and stand for extended periods Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods Exposure to sun, water, and varying weather conditions Benefits: Competitive pay Uniforms provided Employee discounts and perks (if applicable) Opportunity for growth within the company
