The Role: The school is looking for a skilled PE teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across a wide range of sports and inspire pupils to achieve their best in both individual and team settings. You will be expected to: Teach PE to pupils in KS2 and KS3 Lead and support a variety of sports, with particular emphasis on Football and Hockey in the Autumn Term, Rugby and Netball in Spring, and Cricket in Summer Play an active role in school fixtures, tournaments, and co-curricular sports activities Support the physical and emotional development of pupils through inclusive, high-quality teaching Work collaboratively with staff to promote the school's sporting values Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in PE or a related field Brings energy, creativity, and dedication to physical education Has experience working with children in KS2 and KS3 Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills Enjoys working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team Shows a genuine commitment to pupil development, both on and off the field Whether you're an experienced teacher in the independent sector or looking to transition from the state sector, this is a fantastic role in a school that truly values the importance of sport in education.
