Contract Manager Based across Imperial College Campuses – South Kensington, White City, and Hammersmith Competative pay plus Car Allowance Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a passion for operational excellence and technical leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Dalkia UK , managing facilities maintenance services across Imperial College’s prestigious London campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, leading a dedicated team that delivers critical building services across academic and research facilities — 24/7. What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing planned maintenance and ensuring a responsive, high-quality reactive service Leading a multidisciplinary team to meet and exceed contractual KPIs and SLAs Acting as the key on-site representative, building strong client relationships across multi site facilities maintenance operation. Driving safety culture through visible leadership and regular audits Identifying operational efficiencies and growth opportunities for the contract Managing directly employed staff and suppliers Managing subcontractor performance and supporting commercial delivery What We’re Looking For: Solid technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance Proven experience managing multi-site FM operations Strong leadership and people management skills Proficiency with CAFM systems and reporting tools Ability to manage financial performance, including P&L oversight Clear, confident communicator able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders Qualifications & Experience: Essential: IOSH Managing Safely Experience leading FM services in a client-facing role Desirable: NEBOSH General Certificate HNC in Building Services Engineering Recognised engineering apprenticeship Why Join Us?
