At Dreame Technology, we’re shaping the future of cleaning innovation — and we’re looking for a passionate, driven Channel Sales Manager for the Personal Care Category to help us grow in France . ✨ What You’ll Be Doing : Manage and support agents & distributors in France to drive product sales and achieve annual targets, ensuring full compliance with company sales policies. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and execute localized sales strategies, nurture strong business relationships, and boost market penetration. Understand French consumer preferences and channel dynamics, deliver tailored solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collect and interpret market intelligence specific to France — identifying trends and spotting new opportunities for growth. Coordinate with the marketing team and local partners to plan and run campaigns and in-market activations. Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and assist with accurate sales forecasts and inventory planning. Resolve quality concerns and customer complaints with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. Act as a vital link between cross-functional teams across regions to ensure smooth operational execution. What You Bring : In-depth knowledge of consumer product distribution in France — ideally in 3C, home appliances, or IoT. Familiarity with personal care categories (e.g., hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.) is a strong plus. Experience in opening new markets, expanding retail/distribution channels, and managing key accounts in the French market. Knowledge of retail pricing, forecasting, and key account operations is preferred. Fluency in French and English is required.
