Base pay range $23.71/hr - $23.71/hr Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Mec to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in using hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and collaborating effectively with team members to achieve project goals. Adherence to safe working practices including Lock Out/Tag Out, confined space, fire prevention, and fall restraint. Performance of all work in a clean, timely, and orderly fashion. Accurate completion of work and inspection documentation. Completion of onsite and offsite classroom training as required. Training of maintenance personnel as required. Exhibition of welding skills per AWS D1.1:2020 and the following parameters: ¼" 7018 rod ¼" structural steel plate 60 ° V joint Flat, vertical, and overhead positions Fabrication steel structures per print or direction including those necessary for transport of forgings. Construction of wood structures per print or direction including shipping crates, platforms, and concrete forms. Sawing and shaping of blocking including that necessary for transport of forgings. Repair of building and other structures by welding or mechanical means.
