About the role : The Residential Assistant Director of Finance will assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the residences’ operation, ensuring that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed, and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance and Accounting office. What you will do : Be a part of the pre-opening team of Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort! Recruit, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline finance employees in ensuring that established cultural and core standards are met, daily activities and planning for department operation. Assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the residence's operation. Support on-demand financial queries and concierge-level service expectations from residents and board members. Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for residences. Provide financial updates and reports to property owners, asset managers, and corporate Four Seasons team. Oversee billing, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of high-value transactions. Manage luxury amenity billing and track associated revenues / expenses. Ensure accuracy in general ledger entries, balance sheets and P&L statements. Reconcile bank statements and property accounts regularly. Meet with the Director of Finance on a regular basis to communicate all accounting activities and results of the Accounting office meeting or any other related issues. Assist the Director of Finance in preparation of all budgets, forecasts and audits (internal / external). Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed. Visa Requirements: US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship. What you will bring : College degree preferably specializing in accounting and / or hotel / restaurant management or equivalent experience is required. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the related position with Four Seasons or other similar organization. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in property accounting with at least two (2) years overseeing accounting for luxury residential assets. Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling and high-value tenant expectations. Experience with condominium association financials or luxury HOA boards is preferred. Exposure to mixed-use assets including retail / F&B components is a must. Proven leadership skills in a hotel / resort environment. Highest level of integrity and transparency. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, to negotiate for resources and influence stakeholders and to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, initiatives, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings. Knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software. A working knowledge of hotel systems and operations.
