We're Hiring: Business Unit Trainee Position Summary: Providing administrative support to the GM, BBUU, AAMM and Communication. Key Accountabilities: Employee Travel Management Maintenance and control of the warehouse of the -2 Registering new providers in SAP Shipping of marketing material (e.g. manuals, catalogs, brochures), samples and reagents Managing internal and external communication (e.g. emails, phone calls) Maintenance of the stock of office material and daily incidents (e.g. temperature control, maintenance, mail distribution) Supporting the Business Units in the internal and external audits by assuring all the documentation required is available and updated: creation of DRCs in SAP and Sharepoint Printing and binding of the BBUU materials Request for translations Course certificates Internal Networking/Key relationships With the Business Unit With the Sales Network With the Technical Service With Supply Chain With the Contracting Department With Human Resources With the Communication Department With the Accounting and Treasury Departments Minimum Skills & Capabilities: COMMUNICATION Active listening and strong communication skills. Ability to convey information in a clear and concise way, and proactively sharing information with the team. DECISION MAKING Ability to attempt to resolve any issue or problem with efficiency, speed and determination. ORGANIZATIONAL To be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and to deliver a good service. PROACTIVITY To take the initiative to seek improvement of the processes in place, proposing alternative solutions to the current ones. ALIGNMENT WITH THE COMPANY VALUES AND POLICIES Disposition towards well done work, following the rules and procedures that the company has established.
