Clinical Program Director

Job Description Job Description Clinical Program Director (CPD) is responsible for the clinical and daily operations of the program, serving as the day-to-day site leader coordinating all outpatient services; monitoring caseload productivity; supervision and management of staff; CQRT lead providing documentation, clinical supervision and training; and ensuring the programs meet all contract obligations and billables. The CPD develops positive relationships with county contacts and other service providers and ensures our constructive partnerships in the community. The SIL program offers outpatient mental health assessment and evaluation, plan development, medication management, service coordination and navigation, emergency intervention, advocacy, employment support and assistance in daily living skills. Outpatient case management is also provided at a location in Richmond. Qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC 2 years’ post licensure experience in a supervisory capacity providing leadership and staff management. 2 years of experience working in mental health and substance recovery treatment with strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
