Account Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking to bring on an Account Manager to our team located in Fairfield, New Jersey. The Account Manager will be primarily focused on inside sales of luxury materials, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication with customers and vendors. This role is based in a luxury showroom setting and involves no cold calling, but rather checking in with previous clients to see what other projects they have. Responsibilities • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain a proactive approach in communication with customers and vendors • Follow up with previous clients to identify potential new projects • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, whether homeowners remodeling or designers doing commercial work • Foster a competitive spirit and adopt a go-getter mentality to meet sales targets • Represent the company in a showroom setting, providing information and assistance to visitors • Work collaboratively with the team to meet common goals • Leverage your knowledge in construction to better assist clients and make sales • Keep up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions • Proven experience in Account Management, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow key accounts. • Strong understanding and practical experience in Direct Sales and Inside Sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. • Proficient in managing a Showroom, showcasing excellent organizational and customer service skills. • Experience in the Construction industry, demonstrating an understanding of the market and its challenges. • Ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in account management processes.
