Firmware QA Specialist Vaga Presencial, Vila Olímpia - SP Inglês Fluente Responsibilities: Apply and enhance methodologies and evangelize effective testing standards Conduct hands-on test planning, test development, testing and submitting defects Identify end-to-end scenarios that exercise customer and partner workflows, with a focus on developing scenarios that can be automated Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to develop and execute acceptance tests and test plans Analyze test results to ensure that the product functions per requirements Generate efficient and effective reports for results, status, and metrics Communicate results and issues clearly across relevant teams and contributors Setup, configure, and maintain software test environments Work closely with the Quality Engineering team and provide technical guidance to peer QE members as needed Stand in for QE managers to ensure testing and reporting stays on track as needed Requirements: Full English proficiency 4 years of experience in Software QA Strong analytical and exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and identify the root cause of test failures Experience in performance testing and in-depth analysis of a system Passion for testing and quality assurance, with the end goal of delivering the best user experience Proficiency in software development life cycles, including waterfall and agile methodologies Strong test case development experience Proficiency in test tools like Jira or equivalent Understanding of wireless network topologies and protocols J-18808-Ljbffr
