KERING EYEWEAR Credit Specialist

Social network you want to login/join with: We are currently seeking a Credit Specialist as part of our Finance department in Padova, Head Quarter. The Credit Specialist ensures an efficient credit management cycle from customer assessment to credit collection. The role requires strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, playing a major role in maximizing revenue and mitigating credit risk. How you will contribute Perform credit risk assessments, set up payment terms, and define customer exposure conditions. Collect credits from assigned Sales Channels in a timely and effective manner. Resolve queries on outstanding invoices, both internally and externally. Post and allocate daily payments. Provide account information to the Sales Team and support them in resolving critical credit issues if necessary. Monitor periodic credit reviews. Develop credit control strategies in collaboration with Sales, Sales Support, and Customer Service. Ensure compliance with the Group Credit Policy. Manage SAP credit management processes, including customer credit limit definitions and order blocks. Who you are A university graduate in Accounting or Financial disciplines. At least 2-3 years of experience in credit management. Experience with credit scoring systems and credit insurance is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Good knowledge of credit collection tools and credit-related laws. Ability to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus. Why work with us?
