Job Description Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Budget Management Monitor and control project budgets, track costs, approve expenditures, and ensure the project stays within financial parameters while maximising profitability. Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors-managing expectations, addressing issues, and providing regular progress updates. Quality & Safety Oversight Ensure construction is performed to design specifications and quality standards, while enforcing job site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
