Commercial Fence Foreman

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Fence Foreman at Colonial Fence Co. in Wrentham, MA. As a Commercial Fence Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial fencing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead a team of fence installers in the construction of commercial fences Review project plans and specifications to determine materials and labor requirements Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve overall performance Qualifications: Prior experience in commercial fence installation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of different types of fencing materials and installation techniques Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About Us Colonial Fence Co. has been serving the greater Wrentham area for over 50 years.
