Provide training and performance management to ensure the right people are in the right positions. - Customer Service: Coach and develop teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure centres are well-resourced, particularly during peak periods, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment. - Financial Performance: Develop and implement a structured business plan to achieve or exceed financial targets. Drive sales by ensuring effective sales techniques are utilised.
