EHS Specialist – Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance at our Paris warehouse. This role ensures that the site maintains regulatory compliance and fosters a safe, secure, and sustainable working environment. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor compliance with French and EU EHS regulations and company policies. Lead risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations. Develop and deliver EHS training programs for warehouse staff. Maintain and update safety documentation (e.g., SOPs, SDSs, risk assessments). Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans. Support sustainability and waste management initiatives. Liaise with local authorities, auditors, and external contractors when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. 3 years of EHS experience in a warehouse/logistics environment. Familiarity with French labor law and safety regulations. Strong communication and training skills. Fluent in French; English proficiency preferred.
