What You'll Do Responsible for building and managing international chain teams for new country food delivery markets from the ground up (0-1), rapidly enhancing team business capabilities, and achieving team goals. Oversee the operations and management of multiple cities, utilizing scientific analysis methods to collect information, formulate and execute operational strategies, and take full responsibility for city performance. Continuously improve new signing and operational plans. Possess an end-to-end perspective, quickly identifying core frontline issues (BD pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), providing timely feedback and communicating with headquarters, integrating resources to expand business at low cost. Capable of managing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establishing scientific talent development mechanisms at all levels, and cultivating international business talents. Summarize work experience, refine methodologies, develop SOPs, and build end-to-end processes for overseas business. Utilize project management to develop detailed execution plans and supervision mechanisms, strictly control each stage, dynamically adjust through data-driven and scientific analysis methods, and ensure the achievement of expected results. What We Need From You Minimum of 4 years’ management experience, with a proven ability to lead teams of over 40 members; experience managing teams across multiple cities or regions is preferred. Strong collaboration skills with product and R&D teams, proactively providing constructive suggestions and driving the development and optimization of business efficiency tools. Demonstrated ability to share practical business and team insights, offering actionable improvement suggestions to accelerate team growth. Global mindset with clear business and team planning skills; adept at identifying root causes of challenges and coordinating solutions between headquarters and teams. Integrity, resilience, passion for excellence, and proven teamwork abilities. Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written). Preferred qualifications: Experience in food delivery, F&B, or retail industry. Drive overseas market expansion and build the businesses from 0 to 1. Manage partnerships with industry-leading clients to deliver high-impact solutions.
