Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and manage service bookings Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle symptoms Provide detailed job estimates and secure customer approvals Open and manage job cards efficiently Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work Keep customers informed on job status and any additional work required Conduct final quality checks and arrange vehicle delivery Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally Promote additional services where appropriate Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection Maintain comprehensive service records and reports Uphold dealership standards for customer satisfaction Assist with follow-ups and service reminders Continuous monitoring and clearing of WIP, Debtors and ageing parts Key Attributes Professional and customer-focused Organised and able to multitask Strong communication skills Calm under pressure Detail-oriented Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment Working knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, or similar) Matric (Grade 12) Valid drivers license Remuneration Basic salary R18 000 - R25 000 (Depending on experience) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
