Our POS Development Department is looking for a Store Design Planning Specialist (f/m/d) (working 100%) The purpose of the role is to support the Store Design Planning Manager in creating unique store design plans of Triumph Retail and Wholesale point of sales. You will create high quality architectural solutions respecting the Brand store design concepts and each project specific criteria, to best express the Brand identity and experience, finally delivering all required design documents in accordance with the annual rollout list of the EMEA region. Provide accurate designs and detailed layout solutions in line with the Brand store concepts guidelines as well as with the project specific criteria, managing the process from the schematic design through to final design delivered in the form of a full drawing package Identify potential construction risks and propose qualitative and cost-effective design solutions, based on the cost parameters of each project Create the furniture order list for each project based on the approved design layout Support in coordinating reviews with internal cross-functional partners during the store opening process to ensure that all input and feedback are incorporated, and the project is approved Support with the creation of non-standard concept design solutions and of company in-house design projects Collaborate on maintaining and developing documents and tools needed for the function and stakeholders (Architectural Guidelines, Fixture Catalogues, CAD templates etc.) Collaborate regularly with the Procurement team by providing technical support Maintain accurate and up-to-date project file documentation, keep current with software updates, proactively develop skills in related areas of expertise and make suggestions to improve ways of working Your ideal profile: University Degree in Architecture Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Architecture with focus on project design (preferably Retail Design, Interior Design) Experience in project management, project construction and furniture design is a plus Expert in 2D/3D and graphic software: Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and manage tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and quality Strong conceptual thinking, problem solving and presentation skills We offer: You will never walk alone As a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
