The company, currently undergoing a phase of innovation and growth, is looking for: Customer Experience & Marketing Project Coordinator The Role Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Customer Experience & Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee initiatives to enhance customer experience across CIFA’s touchpoints, including media, events, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing media production, digital marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction initiatives, event organization, and e-commerce platform management. The coordinator will develop strategies, execute plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with departments to align customer needs with business goals. Using data insights and customer feedback, they will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to elevate the customer journey and strengthen CIFA’s brand. Specific duties include: Manage inbound marketing and lead management projects, ensuring effective content and digital marketing execution. Oversee e-commerce initiatives and digital innovation projects to improve customer satisfaction. Coordinate events and trade fairs, ensuring organization aligns with brand goals. Create and manage documentation and online media projects, maintaining quality and consistency. Support administrative tasks, including CRM and database management. Develop marketing strategies to enhance customer experience across touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business objectives. Monitor project progress, analyze data, and deliver insights for continuous improvement. Apply project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) for efficient execution. Utilize tools like CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms to optimize workflows. Requirements Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields; certifications in Digital Marketing and Project Management are a plus. 5-7 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in B2B contexts within international or medium-sized industrial companies. Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Project Management, Digital Innovation, and Marketing Strategy. Strong project management, analytical skills, creativity, and proficiency in CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
