Our Networks Team plays a pivotal role in expanding our reach by onboarding hospitals and diagnostic centers to ensure our users receive quality healthcare services across the country. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our Networks Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to hospitals and diagnostic centers to map, pitch, and onboard them onto our platform. The role involves active coordination with internal teams and consistent follow-ups with external stakeholders to ensure seamless empanelment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to explain Visit Health’s offerings. Pitch the benefits of partnering with Visit Health and drive empanelment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures. Conduct initial data collection and mapping of healthcare providers. Follow up with potential partners and resolve queries related to the empanelment process. Coordinate with field sales, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and activation. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and empanelment targets. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales/customer service (preferably in healthcare or B2B domain). Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and call tracking systems. High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
