Job Title: Install & Project Lead - Large Format Print Location: Wembley Salary: Up to £45,000 Sector: Exhibition Stands, Venue, Print The Company Our client is a leading provider of creative branding and installation solutions for events, retail environments, exhibitions, and experiential spaces. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality graphics, signage, and branded environments, they support major venues and clients across the UK. The Role Reporting to the Venue Manager, this is a hands-on role combining technical project management with site-based leadership. You will be responsible for planning and executing branding installations, conducting site surveys, coordinating logistics, and acting as a point of contact for clients and crew alike. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed site surveys in advance of each installation. Liaise directly with clients to understand their branding needs and resolve any challenges. Plan all project elements including timelines, labour requirements, and logistics. Work closely with senior team members on event-specific requirements and progress tracking. Be present on-site for key installs, providing technical support and oversight. Run regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards. Use the internal ERP system to support workflow, stock control, and scheduling in collaboration with the Venue Manager. What We’re Looking For Based in London, ideally within easy reach of Wembley. Strong project and client management skills—confident in a front-facing role. Technical understanding of venue branding, signage, or installation. Confident in providing creative and practical solutions in high-pressure environments. Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects. A team player with the ability to lead by example and work to tight event deadlines. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by project demands.
