Job Duties: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction Manage and motivate restaurant staff Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of luxury, 5-star, and boutique standards Strong guest-focused mindset Ability to work hard and be flexible Attention to detail Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management in a luxury, 5 star or boutique environment Knowledge and Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability Ability to train and develop staff Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require evening and weekend shifts Training and growth opportunities Benefits: Competitve salary Bonus structure for senior managers Optional access to Medical aid contribution Ongoing training and developement Enormous opportunities for growth
