Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Daily processing of job cards issued and completed on the job card system. Coordinate, track, and control preventative maintenance schedule. Improve and maintain stock management system. Ensure critical spares stock on hand is sufficient and tracked. Perform stock counts, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking. Compile reports on productivity and efficiency of maintenance department. Implement internal controls and ensure policy adherence. Document management and record control. Manage shifts, roster, time & attendance, leave, and training submissions. Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 and Diploma in administration or equivalent. 2 years relevant experience. Health and Safety knowledge advantageous. Minute taking skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in technical/maintenance work, inventory control, and advanced Excel. Experience in budgeting and cost management advantageous. Must have own transport.
