My client is looking for a Customer Service Support Officer to join their garages team for four months on a temporary basis. Your new role You will be acting as first point of contact. Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. Maintaining accurate records using systems like orchard Promoting equality, diversity, and excellent customer service in all interactions. Administrative duties Managing allocations and supporting collection processes.
