Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads from scratch Design seasonal and daily dessert menus aligned with the lodges gourmet standards Ensure immaculate presentation and quality of all pastry items Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards in a professional kitchen setting Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required Requirements: Formal culinary or patisserie qualification Minimum 35 years experience in a 5-star lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining restaurant Strong artistic flair, plating skills, and an eye for detail Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and creative innovation Willingness to live in a remote location (live-in position with accommodation provided)
