BRANCH MANAGER - DIESEL MECHANIC (STEELPOORT)

Minimum Requirements N2 with trade-related subjects or at least 5 years of post-trade experience. Recognised Trade Test Certificate Diesel Mechanic essential. Minimum of 5 years experience in a workshop/branch management role. Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and motor engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop planning software (e.g. Autoplan). Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Sales experience and customer service orientation. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Steelpoort area.
