IT Project Manager/Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager Lead to take ownership of a diversified portfolio of IT projects across SaaS, infrastructure, and business applications, with a strong focus on Finance and Procurement solutions . This is a hands-on leadership role with delivery responsibility and visibility across multiple business areas. Must Have 10 years of experience managing IT projects end-to-end (scoping, delivery, testing, handover). Proven background delivering SaaS, infrastructure, and application projects. Experience delivering IT solutions in Finance or Procurement domains (SAP, Workday). Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior or mid-level IT PMs. Hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies , and navigating complex IT governance frameworks. Strong ownership of delivery processes: security, compliance (DPIA, Cyber), testing, service design, change management . High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong stakeholder communication skills across tech and business.
