TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Roanoke, Virginia, 24014! Pay Information $2,197 per week About The Position Job Title: Resource Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PCU Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: Resource Pool Registered Nurse position available for 13 weeks. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Travelers must be comfortable working in all PCU and medical-surgical units. Staffing reviews the needs of the entire facility every 4 hours. Resource Pool nurses may be floated to another unit based on these needs. Patient ratios in PCU are 5:1 and in medical-surgical units are 6/7:1. Travelers are required to work at least one holiday per 13-week assignment. During winter holidays, two holidays must be worked. Compliance documents are due the Wednesday prior to the Monday start date. Travelers who reside within 100 miles of the facility are considered local and are not accepted. Exception: Inpatient nurses may be considered for one assignment if they live 50-99.9 miles away. Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning to the role. Travelers are not allowed to return after working on assignment for 365 days. Orientation consists of 24 hours for the first 24 hours of the assignment.
