Service Technician

Job Summary The Service Technician at Oro Ford is responsible for providing expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services in the auto industry. This full-time position requires the individual to inspect and service all vehicles in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The Service Technician works closely with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors to ensure that customers and their vehicles are treated with care and concern. Salary range: $50,000 - $90,000 Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time position open to competitive salary benefits packages. Stay current with the latest automotive technology and advancements. Follow safety protocols while performing repairs. Communicate with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors regarding any vehicle issues. Ensure customer satisfaction with completed vehicle repairs. Perform post-service inspections. Maintain clean and organized workspaces. Requirements ASE Certification or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and use own initiative. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
