In addition, we have 45 bedrooms housed within the original Grade-II listed Helios building. The Role We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our West London team at White City (W12 7FR ) . Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards. You will oversee sushi production in the Pen Yen Kitchen which offers members a izakaya-style menu showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine.
