As an AI Business Development Director, you’ll be at the forefront—driving growth, shaping strategy, and helping clients unlock the power of AI. You’ll work alongside technical and sector specialists to craft solutions that solve real client challenges. Whether you’re building new relationships or growing existing accounts, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a rapidly evolving field. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Lead the full sales cycle for AI engagements—prospecting, shaping, closing • Translate AI capabilities into compelling business outcomes for clients • Build strong relationships across C-suite and decision-makers • Collaborate with technical and partner teams to develop tailored solutions • Feed client insights back into evolving propositions and go-to-market strategy Key Skills & Experience • 6 years in business development or IT solution sales • At least 1 year selling AI or data-led services/platforms • Proven success in sectors like Telco, Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Public Sector • Experience in selling consultancy, software, or infrastructure solutions • Commercial creativity and strong communication skills • Understanding of current AI trends and how to apply them commercially Benefits Package • Competitive salary: £110,000 • Up to 20% bonus based on performance • £5,000 car allowance • Flexible hybrid working from London, Manchester, or Bristol offices • Strong internal support network and inclusive culture • Learning budget and continuous development opportunities Ready to shape the future of AI in the UK?
