Finance & Customer Experience Manager

We’re looking for a Finance & Customer Experience Manager from the professional services sector to tailor and develop operational finance processes for key clients. This is a brand-new role with the scope to shape how we work, influence change, and deliver real value to both our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for external clients on finance-related matters, ensuring high service and satisfaction. - Collaborate across the finance operations teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure that the timely and accurate billing and collections processes are followed. - Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements that add real value. - Help shape and define this new role, bringing your ideas and energy to the table. - Travel to client offices when needed to strengthen relationships and deliver a personal, high-touch service.
