Pay Information $1,617 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience License: Active RN License required. Temporary licenses will not be accepted. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Candidates must have at least 2 years of hospital experience. Candidates must have at least 2 years of specialty experience. Description: This position is for a registered nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The unit has a bed capacity and provides advanced care to critically ill patients. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and administering treatments. The role requires the ability to handle complex procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line insertions, thoracotomies, bedside tracheostomies, and chest tube insertions. The unit features a supervisor present on every shift and collaborative support staff. Candidates should possess experience with Meditech documentation systems, and preferences will be given to those with TNCC, CCRN, or TCRN certifications. A professional appearance is essential, including specified scrub colors, grooming standards, and policies on tattoos and piercings. Weekend scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
