This is a hands-on role for a field-savvy technician with experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems. You will be responsible for executing installations, repairs, and maintenance across a range of projects-from multi-family developments to high-end renovations and service calls. Website: www.nycexpertplumbing.com Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, venting, and fixtures) Work across residential, commercial, and new construction projects Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide efficient, code-compliant solutions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using proper tools and techniques Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes, safety standards, and project specifications Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and fellow team members Maintain clean, organized job sites and complete daily reports as required Support inspections and testing of completed systems for functionality and safety Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings Gas certification (required) Strong understanding of NYC plumbing code and installation practices Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and within a team, managing tasks with minimal supervision Comfortable working in occupied units, job sites, and commercial buildings OSHA 10 or 30 and SST training preferred Valid Driver's License required Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality workmanship Benefits: Competitive Pay Based on Experience Weekly Pay Cycle Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days Ongoing Training and Certification Support Manufacturer training Safety courses (OSHA, lift safety, fall protection, etc.) Company Vehicle or Mileage Reimbursement (as needed) Team Culture Perks: Company BBQs, holiday parties, fishing/hunting trips, ball games & more!
