Digital Project Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager support a tech client, 40hr/wk, hybrid in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope and budget. Responsibilities: - Lead digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Utilize tools such as Adobe Workfront to track progress and manage workflows effectively. - Oversee backend development efforts and ensure seamless integration with cloud-based technologies. - Manage content management systems (CMS) to support brand awareness and campaign initiatives. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. - Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to align with organizational goals. - Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment across teams and address any challenges. - Implement best practices for digital project management to optimize efficiency and outcomes. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role. - Proficiency with Adobe Workfront. - Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and their application in digital projects. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex project timelines and schedules. - Experience with backend development and cloud technologies. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Proven ability to enhance brand awareness and execute campaign planning. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
