Laborer - Facilities & Engineering - Temporary (Flamingo LV)

JOB SUMMARY: To maintain and upkeep the surrounding areas of the property including, but not limited to, lawns, shrubs, trees, pool, sprinkler system, etc. Essential Job Functions: Mowing of all lawns. Trimming and upkeep of all trees and shrubs. Ability to repair all sprinkler lines. Knowledge of planting new trees and shrubs. Repairing and maintaining pool and spa areas. Keeping the area in between all shrubs clean and free of trash. Directing laborers assigned to landscaping duties. Change filters. Necessary Attributes/Characteristics: * Must maintain professionalism at all times. * Knowledgeable about gardening and hand tools; mechanical skills a plus. * Ability to train and supervise all labors. * Valid Nevada driver's license for driving company vehicles. Education/Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent. * One year experience as a laborer. * Must have a pool certificate. Working Conditions: This position requires an individual who is able to work in all weather conditions (heat / cold / wind / rain) and is still expected to fully complete all job duties. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.; communicate on a 2-way radio. Requires constant walking and standing throughout the entire shift (typically 8 hours).
