Project Manager - Environmental

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager in the Environmental Department, overseeing multiple large-scale rehabilitation projects to ensure regulatory compliance and environmental review. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage permit timelines, consultant deliverables, and project schedules effectively. Responsibilities: • Track and coordinate permit timelines to align with project schedules and regulatory requirements. • Oversee environmental review processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. • Manage consultant deliverables related to endangered species, ecology, air/noise, energy, and visual assessments. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including permit applications, reports, and schedules. • Collaborate with project teams to address environmental concerns and recommend mitigation strategies. • Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of environmental assessments and permit processing. • Conduct site visits to verify regulatory compliance and address environmental issues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field. • 5 years of experience managing environmental projects, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or rehabilitation. • Strong knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations, including permitting processes. • Proven experience with managing consultant deliverables in areas such as ecology, endangered species, and air/noise studies. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with regulatory agencies, consultants, and project teams.
