Commercial Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Full or Part Time (Shrewsbury) We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Property Team based at the Shrewsbury office. The firm welcomes applications for both full-time and part-time roles. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established legal team, delivering high-quality commercial property services to a diverse client base across Shropshire. You will manage a varied caseload involving: Commercial property sales and acquisitions Landlord and tenant matters Lease negotiations Property development Agricultural land and woodland transactions Telecoms-related property issues You will work alongside experienced legal professionals and a dedicated support team in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and development.
