What Youll Be Doing: Use your destination and product knowledge to plan and book tailor-made holidays Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong, lasting relationships Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets Use social media to promote offers and generate sales leads Take part in promotional events to boost local branch visibility Handle day-to-day branch operations and admin with accuracy Stay up to date with training and industry knowledge to grow in your role What Were Looking For: At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant in a retail or call centre environment A strong sales track record with a customer-first mindset Excellent destination and travel product knowledge Good understanding of tour operator booking systems Confident, enthusiastic, and a great communicator Strong organisational, numerical and time-management skills A recognised travel qualification (desirable but not essential) IT proficient and comfortable using booking and CRM systems What Its Like to Work at Travel House: Wherever youre based, youll be part of a team that values collaboration, celebrates success, and supports each other.
