Handle guest reservations with care and accuracy, using Opera Cloud and Synxis to manage bookings, changes, and cancellations professionally. Use your knowledge of our rooms, packages, and promotions to confidently recommend the right options for every guest. Personalise each interaction, suggesting thoughtful extras and upgrades that enhance the stay and drive revenue. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless guest journey from booking to check-out. Be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
