SMART Repair Technician Location: Ross on Wye, HerefordshireSalary: £32,000 - £38,500 per annum Bonus Scheme (OTE £50K) Monday - Friday Our client, a leading vehicle body repairer based in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, have an exciting opportunity for a SMART Repair Technician. Offering an excellent working environment with a growing company. Duties/Responsibilities: Assess damaged vehicles and determine the necessary SMART repairs required. Utilise hand tools and power tools to remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order. Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate SMART repairs. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and repair techniques as needed Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a SMART Reapir Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process. Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
