Morgan Hunt currently requires a Mechanical Engineer/ Plumber for NHS based in East SussexPay Rate: £18ph to 20ph LtdHours: 37.5 hrs 7am to 15:00pm & 09:30am to 17:30pm Mon to FriLocation: East SussexDuration 12 months on going contract Job description requirements Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine. Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installationsstrictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations. Qualification Minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical servicesspecialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)Water safety Training Experience experience with all types of mechanical, ventilation or gas installations and maintenanceSelf-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision Other requirements Own tools & PPEAbility to interact at all levels.Flexibility and adaptability.
